Under the backdrop of today's highly digitalized environment, digital transformation has emerged as a critical factor for the survival and growth of enterprises. The new quality productivity not only serves as a significant driving force in advancing the process of digital transformation, but also plays a pivotal role in cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and bolstering core competitiveness. This paper examines the challenges faced by enterprises in their digital transformation within this highly digitalized context and proposes corresponding measures. However, despite current efforts, there remains a persistent and widening productivity gap. The top-down transmission often distorts or even interrupts transformation strategies due to talent shortages. As key drivers of enterprise upgrading and reform, human resources departments are now navigating deep waters in terms of digital transformation; prioritizing the development of digital talents and cutting-edge technology-enabled HR is imperative.
