Industry leaders are increasingly expanding their investments in Vietnam, an established footwear manufacturing region offering unique development opportunities to foreign investors and buyers looking to expand sourcing outside of China.
Vietnam ranks second in the world amongst shoe exporters, playing a crucial role in footwear production and international trade, and establishing itself as a strategic country for leading footwear producers. In the first 9 months of 2018, footwear exports reached US$11.7 billion, a 10% increase relative to 2017.
The three-day event includes presentations from industry experts and tours of some of Vietnam’s top footwear production sites.
