Ines Liu, Senior Manager of International Business Advisory at Dezan Shira & Associates will join the panel discussion at the Female Leadership Conference & Cross-industry Mentor Initiative (CIMI) 5-year Anniversary Ceremony hosted by The European Chamber in China.
The European Chamber initiated the CIMI programme in 2019. Over the last five years, a group of C-suite executives has helped to facilitate the development of female leaders for their members. The Chamber has also engaged its stakeholders to foster connections, support and guidance among potential female leaders from diverse fields where these leaders bring unique perspectives, generate sustainable solutions and significantly contribute to fostering an inclusive and diverse business environment.
This Conference will feature keynote speeches and panel discussions on advancing gender diversity in leadership, nurturing tomorrow's female leaders, and understanding the new trends in the labour market as they relate to women's contributions to society and the economy.
